Kroger Scheduling Department
The Kroger Scheduling Department is available Monday – Friday from 7am – 4:30pm CST.
All appointments must be scheduled by the carrier or the vendor through Kroger’s One Network portal, www.onenetwork.com. A quick reference guide can be found by clicking here.

If you are unable to schedule through One Network assistance can be provided through email at KrogerScheduling@kroger.com.
Requests sent via email are handled in the order in which they are received. You will receive a response within 24 hours of your request, please refrain from sending multiple requests for an appointment as this will only delay your request.
All times given are for closest available; if you cannot make your appointment, you will need to reschedule or work with the DC as a work-in appointment. You can access DC contact information by clicking here.
The five-digit Kroger purchase order number will serve as your confirmation number. Kroger does not provide confirmation numbers for appointments.
If you are delivering fresh meat, floral, or produce orders outside of the due date, please request a date change from your buyer before attempting to schedule.
Grocery appointments cannot be made within 24 hours of delivery. If you feel this is necessary, please reach out to your buyer in order to make the proper arrangements.
